Guided by our blessed Lord, who looks with compassion upon all who through addiction have lost their health and freedom, the Recovery Commission of Christ Church aspires to serve the Parish community as a resource network for understanding addiction and its impact on others.

The Commission,
through its resource network,
seeks to

  • Restore to those suffering from addiction of any kind the assurance of God’s unfailing mercy

  • Educate the Parish about the disease of addiction and familial dysfunctions associated with it

  • Offer referrals if you are in need of intervention, support group and/or treatment facility information.

  • Provide recovery and spiritual guidance for those recovering, including affected family members, with emphasis on the renewal of faith in Christ Jesus our Lord

  • Strengthen them in the work of their recovery

  • Give understanding and support to those who care for them

If you would more information about the resources of the Recovery Commission, please contact the Rev. JoAnn Leach at the Parish office, Kathy Araujo at 503-699-5538 or Tom Weber at 503-636-9855.
